We Need Your Help!
Your financial support is crucial. In addition to preserving, displaying, and sharing the archives and artifacts of Gouldsboro’s past for future generations, we operate and maintain two Historic Buildings that require long-term maintenance and loving care.
All Donations are greatly appreciated!
There are many ways you can contribute to the Society. Send us an email using the Contact box below if you would like to know more about any of the following options:
- Become a member, or even better, become a Life member of the Society. Memberships make lovely gifts, too.
- Consider the Society in your estate planning — leave a gift in your own name or to honor someone else.
- Attend our monthly history programs and donate at the door — even if you’ve lived here all your life, our Programs will give you a different perspective on our town.
- Allow us to scan documents of significance (photos, journals, letters, maps, etc.) you are willing to share but prefer to keep. By giving us permission to add such items to our Digital Archive, everyone benefits from your contribution to Town History.
- Cleaning out the attic? Before you consider Uncle Henry’s or Goodwill, if some of your ancient treasures have an historic connection to the Town of Gouldsboro, please consider donating them to our collection. This includes letters or documents that pertain to early residents or Town life.
